wondering how far in advance i need to order the chocolate mickey and the cinderella slipper desserts?
also....where do you have to eat to get them? i thought i read you have to order through GF bakery, but do you have to eat at the GF? is it possible to have them with our dinner at CP? - would be nice to have a super surprize before MVMCP if we can

anyone that got them lately....what were the prices?

I believe you can order them 24 - 48 hours in advance. My understanding is they are delivered to one of the GF restaurants. I'm not sure about delivery to another resort, but you can always ask when you call.

We are staying concierge and they are ordering them for us to be delivered to the Poly on a certain date for a Birthday surprise..But what is a chocolate mickey??Is there a picture some where I could see.??

OK well if you do a search you will find alot more info. Some of the surprise desserts are the cindy's slipper , the mini castle cakes , the dog bones, and the white chocolate mickey with tuxedo strawberries. (I have also heard of another chocolate mickey that is a 3-d type pic of his head only!?) The price for the slipper is now $14.00, the mickey is $50.00 and the castle cakes are $25.00. As far as I know the white choc mickey is also available at the boardwalk and it is listed on there concierge menue( which you can view at allearsnet.com) All of these pics you can find on this site. You are right when you say to order through the gf bakery. I thought you could only have these desserts at the gf but I have read on these boards by another poster that when he called he was also offered a choice of having them at the California Grill. I believe the gf bakery needs at least 48 hours advance notice but I would call a little earlier to make sure if this is something you have your heart set on.Hope I have helped.

You need to pre-order the Chocolate Mickey at least 48 hours in advance. With that said, it is on the room service menu at the CR, so you could have it sent to your room. They will not deliver special desserts to any of the restaurants in the parks. We had our anniversary dinner at CG and I preorded the chocolate mickey with strawberries for $45 plus tax for our dessert. Call the resort directly and ask to be connected to the restaurant of choice. You can have the slipper dessert at the CR too, at least that is what the CM told me. Good luck!

We've never tried any of those desserts! Maybe next trip we'll have to try one, or two ! Thanks for all of the info!
