our ice cube trays are under the counter somewhere in a cabinet of stuff we don't use but can't give away becasue it's cool (wierd i know!). i was sooo disappointed in them!

The souvenier I regret most is hats. I'm a sucker for a bargain, and I have several really unpleasantly shaped hats, including one VERY unfortunate white number with an embroidered Minnie on the front and a big bow in the back - it's like wearing a large white platter on your head. In fact, when I've forgotten myself enought to actually wear this hat in public, I've been told by perfect strangers how very odd it looks. And yet, if they're on sale, I have to be talked out of these . . . I also have a very strange Von Dutch type trucker hat with Tink on it, too - I must make a pile for Goodwill . . . .

Also, there was the MGM mug I bought for my DH. I was there without him, was thinking of him, MGM is his favorite park, so I searched and searched to find the perfect mug. I found a really big white mug with Mickey stenciled on the side, in a litte directors costume. Really cute! Paid the big bucks for it, got it home, made him coffee - he loved it! Put it in the dishwasher, and took out a plain white mug. Sigh.

I still have the bag I bought in 1996!!! I have no idea why I am keeping it.

I don't have any pasta from 1996, but I did just come across an entire bag filled with napkins from the anniversary celebration in 1997--I can't seem to part with them or use 'em ...but I do use the stack I have left over from our May trip this year.
I don't think I have ever regretted a souvie purchase-but have felt the pinch after buying one too many t's and sweatshirts

That just made me laugh out loud. . . luckily the cat was doing somersaults at the same time so it looked like I was laughing at him and I didn't have to try and explain.
