Are there any other RI DVC members? I've only met 2 and my dearest friend just joined last week.

We are from Rhode Island and have been members at BWV since 1999. I only know my orthopedic surgeon is a member of DVC at BWV but no one else so far

I am a former RI'der- does that count? And my sister and her family still live there. I call RI home. Great little state. The people talk a little funny, but that's ok .

Hi, We are Dvc members!! We live in Barrington and have owned DVC since 1993 when I was pregnant with my 3rd child, we bought at OKW. We have since done 2 add-ons, one at OKW and a second at BCV. I am currently trying for some more points at BCV but none are available. So I am considering SSR before the price increase!! We are WDW ADDICTS and visit at least twice each year! We have also done 2 Disney Cruises.I also know 3 other families in Barrington that are DVC members. Joan

RI temporary ex-pat for now living in DC while going to law school. Grew up in Burrillville, of all places, and just sold my home in August in North Smithfield. We just bought 150 points at SSR

Grew up in Peace Dale, which is a village in South Kingstown, Rhode Island and my parents still live there. DVC members since 2002 at BCV and Vero Beach.

I went to summer camp in Rhode Island when I was 10.

We live in North Smithfield. We've been members since 1998. Best thing we ever did for US!
BW is our home port. Never enough points we bought an add on after being on the wait list for over a year.

We leave in 12 days for a trip with friends standard view in a ibr an studio.

Bryan! Is that you?? I pm'd you when you were agonizing about your DVC decision. Glad you made a decision, I am sure it will be great for you and your family. We were practically neighbors, I am from Greenville.

Just found this thread - we are in Greenville, RI - my DH was born & raised in North Scituate. We are currently in limbo - waiting for a resale for the BWV or BCV w/ 150-200 pts to become available. We were just there last week during school vacation - did the DVC open house/tour and sales pitch for SSR - decided when we came home to go for resale at BWV or BCV as that is our favorite area.

Glad to hear there are other Rhode Islanders here!!!

We live in Warwick and joined DVC in 1999 with Boardwalk as our home resort. I am a former TDS CM and originally from Providence while my DH is originally from East Greenwich. We LOVE our DVC membership!! It's so nice to see fellow RI'ers on the boards!!
