Has anyone heard anything more definite on when the new "sea cabs" were going to open at the seas??? First i heard october then i heard november?? Also is there going to be a pass holder preview??? AND is the rest of the seas open???

I've heard nothing about an AP preview yet - but I have heard Internet rumors about the project being behind schedule with a November opening date most likely.
