The Rudest People at WDW....

what is funny as hell, is going through these and finding how many I am guilty of! :rolleyes1

OK I am calling BS on this one!! ;)

That would be like jumping out of a boat and not touching water!!

Most of what I'd consider rude dealt in some way with how people move or don't move. People that stop in the middle of the walkway to talk rather than moving to the side, people that block entrances and exits, people going against the flow when the walkway clearly has sides going both directions, etc.

I have to agree with this one!!

The other one is when a group of people going to a ride and half of the group cuts you off in the line and the rest of the group joins them....

The major issue I had in Disney was slow people taking up the whole sidewalk/road etc.... they seem to naturally spread all the way across the area and are oblivious to people all around them and continue to block the flow of traffic.

But in general I found that most people in Disney were very nice, we spent a lot of time chatting with strangers while waiting in line :)

I totally agree with you DisneyMountainWoman!

My BF and I (as retired teachers/'traffic controllers' :rotfl:) always remind each other that some people have no concept of physical space and others around them. They stop abruptly in the middle of a walkway or never move forward as the line moves. They step to the front of a long line snaking around and look up, confused when someone points out that there is a "line" here. We have gotten many good chuckles out of observing these oblivious souls.

And I always find nice people in line to chat with or ride next to on a bus at WDW. Some of my favorite memories are meeting people from other states or countries and exchanging info about home towns or touring info especially on my 2 solo trips.

FWIW some of the rude behaviors described by posters in this thread can be observed at many other public events as well.
