The room request section on MDE, makes me wonder

With my stay at the Poly in December I am just going to request the first available option on my studio, but should I? Are there any studios there that are worth trying to avoid? Should I request a certain building?

I was kinda wondering about the MDE section for room request and why it hasn't been fixed by Disney IT yet. I wonder if they are not fixing it for a reason? How long has it been down now? Makes me think this issue could remain like this.

Are you staying on points? (I know that you're a member). If so, make your request thru MS instead of MDE. You can be more specific with your request. AFAIK, there are a couple of standard view studios that have a sideways view of the MK. Everyone wants them, very few people will get them. If you have a lake view, request upper floor so that you don't end up with a lovely view of the bungalows.
