The dog in your packing picture looks so much like my dog, it's freaking me out!

I hate having to lean for such a long time on the airplane to accommodate my neighbor! Usually, my awesome husband will offer to sit between me and strangers on the plane, so I can lean on him (and maybe drool on his shoulder)!

Yeah, my kid is a good kid, but for some people it might be more worth it to talk to a total stranger for the whole flight.

I should teach him how to act like he throwing a fit, just while people are boarding & looking for their seats. Then, when everyone is settled & we are flying, he can revert back to being a good kid. Ooooh, what a thought! He's only 2 years old. He can be trained, right?

Isn't it the younger you start "training" them the quicker they pick it up?

I laughed at your comment about the lesbian couple. Yesterday I posted on Facebook how I was so surprised to find out that Cat Cora was gay. A male friend of mine said, "The fact that she's a lesbian just adds to her hotness."

They were all pretty nice at OC Airport.

Thankfully I got online to check Orlando weather the day we left, and I repacked with warmer clothes... we'd have been awfully silly looking with only our shorts and tees those 30 degree mornings.

I wore shorts twice the whole week.

WOW she must not have completed her TSA training yet.

Now THAT is funny.

Hence the chorus of multiple flushes in airport bathrooms It's like a false start when you're standing in line waiting for a stall, and you hear the flush you think great it's almost my turn.... then you realize it's just the courtesy/coverup flush.

Dog Jerky, eh? GROSS. You know those ice cream treats they sell for dogs....?? Yeah, one of my friends bought them and was eating them until I saw them in her freezer and pointed out what they were. GROSS.

It didn't taste awful, but who knows what they put in them....

I actually like chatty if they're interesting.

Yes I did meet them both. Great people. Wish we could have made the trip this time. But the Land is calling us home this year.

He runs a credit card processing business with offices in Balt, NYC and LA.

It wasn't the guy's fault. It was very uncomfortable.

If I don't do a TR, I will post about it here. I am a klutz, so I hurt myself a lot. Although I must say that twice in two weeks is a new high even for me. WHOO!!! GO ME!!!!

You crack me up. I had totally forgotten you had broken your toe. You didn't seem to be limping when I met you!

People used to do that to me but not so much any more. I think I talk more now so other people talk less. Some people aren't comfortable with silence. Or maybe I just look mean now.

He just kept talking. Of course, I asked questions too. It really is interesting to talk to a person who lives in a way you could only imagine.

We had a weird bus ride too...

Okay, that's it, I'm in for a trip report. Have to get some pictures uploaded so I don't know when I'll start but I'll put it in my siggie when I get it going. The title will be along the lines of "you know all the queens are evil, right?"

Already at 26 pages, it's going to be hard to keep up with this! Enjoying it already though! Now if all TSA agents were that nice, there would be many more happy people in the airports.

Since were riding along with ya here, I've got to get my timeline straight: How'd you leave for the airport at 10am and not get to WDW until almost midnight?

The shoes are a story in themselves.....

Okay so I left for the airport at 10am, but went to IHOP for breakfast.
12:15 checked in
2:15pm Left for Vegas
3:25pm Arrive in Vegas
delay
4:45pm It was actually delayed 45 minutes by the time we got boarded etc
8:45pm Arrive in Orlando
Time change 11:45pm Arrival.

This might turn in the the first TR that spans over 5 different threads!!!!!

I like to wear these "flip flops" as you call them on the plane too. I hate having my feet confined for 10+ hours! But then my feet always end up freezing mid flight. Maybe I should carry socks? In Hawaii we reffer to flip flops. as "slippers". Whenever someone says the word "flip flops," we give them a confused look.

Don't you mean "slippah"? Hee hee hee.

We call them zori's. My mom's from HI and we're also Japanese so I keep trying to get my kids to call them zori's (what I'm used to) but I keep hearing flip-flop coming back into their vocabulary. Sigh.

I run hot so the freezing temps are usually welcome.

zori's...haven't used that term in a long time.

i have some clients who are going to have to do this in april because their flight doesn't arrive until 10:55pm. is it a big hassle? they have a 2yo and a 6yo and are just worried it will be a pain. i told them there's really nothing we could do about it. but being that we always drive, i don't have any firsthand experience with ME. what was your experience with getting your own luggage?

By the time I got to the baggage claim my bags were already there.

The hassle will be if they land in Terminal A. They will then have to walk over to Terminal B to catch the ME. Suggest they pay the 4 bucks for the luggage carrier IF they're in A...it will make it easier trekking to Terminal B.

We landed about 1am...it actually was not that bad flying that late BUT luckily Caleb slept most of the flight...if not...THEN it would have not been ok! LOL!
