If anybody just watched the game then you know why! :crazy2: :crazy2:

I'm now wondering if they will even make the wild card if they don't win the division.

I HATE the Yankees       (I do hope that Derek Jeter is okay) Why was Nomar out again???? Maybe it's time for him to "guts it out" a little.

I feel your pain. I thought my son was going to have a heart attack and he is only 16.

Yet another heartbreaking loss for Red Sox Nation. I thought Nomar would at least pinch hit at some point tonight. I hope that means he hasnt re-hurt himself.

Jeter's catch was crazy though. I give him credit for that one.

both my DH and i Have been forever but
sometimes they make it hard

we just keep saying every year that THIS will be there year
eventually we will be right:D

They played a good game! Be proud! That was one of the best games I've ver seen in my life!

In those immortal words of Charlie Brown - "Ughhhhhh!" :headache:

As a true Yankee fan...last night's game was one of the best for both teams.....BUT..///...all I can say to you Boston fans is that the Red Sox can Play but they can never Win...thats just the way it is and will remain that way. Your team is cursed....See Ya in the Bronx.!!!!!

I still can't get over that game...I'm actually watching it AGAIN on YES. So many crazy things in that game. Sorry Boston!!

After yesterday's game I can't wait for the series finale tonight. One thing for sure, none of the Red Sox fans need a cardiac stress test. If we survived yesterday we can survive anything!

Jason Varitek showed why I think the Sox should re-sign him at all costs. He sticks up for and protects his pitchers. Don't let this guy become a free agent! Go Tek!

Let's see, popcorn, beer, Varitek t-shirt, I'm ready...

Yesterday's game was almost like watching a play-off, all the drama, all nine yards! I almost felt like I would need a cardiac test after that game:teeth: Biting our nails and taking deep cleansing breaths is what Red Sox Fans do best.

What a game it was and if this doesn't help to jump-start them in this second half, I don't know what the heck will. Investing 4 hours of my time in that game was worth every minute (and I admit to cussing alot during those 4 hours::yes:: )

Hope the momentum carries over to this evening's game.:thewave:

It's amazing how this thread is about two games played 23 days apart and it looks seamless, as if we had just watched the greatest double header in baseball history.
Hey Dan, I'll watch the Cubbies with you.

Bloomie......... let me put it another way

SPANKEES YUCK
