The Little Mermaid popped right off the stick like she wasn't actually attached. I tried to glue her but we lost her. Cinderella lost her head so easily that I won't even think of replacing her. Sleeping Beauty's head is hanging on by a thread and I forgot to stop and get one on the way out of WDW.
