So our two latest issues in our mom's group are:

1) Second Baby Showers
2) Bringing kids to MNO (mom's night out)

My two cents...

1) No way, that is so wrong unless there is at least ten years between your kids.

2) Absolutely not, anyone who shows up with the kid should be turned away.

Yeah, there are 9 of us who met at the Hospital's New Moms group. All our babies are 3 wks apart from each other.

So yeah, the other woman had 2 big baby showers in 2 years ... oh, and she knew she was having a 2nd boy -- so she didn't even need the new clothes or anything.

How did you get roped in to a second baby shower for her?

he said 2 weeks the worst of it should be over but it could be sore for up to six..

I'm back. I'm not feeling too good. I think I'm having an anxiety attack. Taco Bell was not a good idea. I could only eat a few bites because the spice was bothering me so much. I did eat some breaded mushrooms from our favorite wing place though. We ended up hitting three restaurants. DH wanted chinese and DS and I were going to get Taco Bell. DD was getting some chinese when she saw it was next to our wing place and asked for mushrooms. They make all their own sauces there and the last time we ate it she said that the ranch dressing had love in it.

Yes, I love her nurse right now. He reminds me of my best friend's husband and is really easy to talk to. He explained to me that I needed a code word. So I gave him a word and now they will tell me stuff if I call with that word. When I called this morning though it was him again and he just told me that she was the same without me giving him the word.
