We'll be camping this weekend. Can't wait. We parked this in Trentmom's driveway and stayed in her yard for a week, that was such fun!

I made that recipe. It turned out great. I think I would add a little more ketchup and a little more tomato sauce though, make it more moist. It was like eating a big sloppy joe in a bowl with biscuits. You could probably make it by using a can of Del Monte Sloppy Joe stuff mixed in with the ground beef after it's browned. You gotta try it, it was delicious!!! We also had baked peaches (brown sugar and butter on the peach halves, mmmm)

I'm sorry you are congested. I'd kill for 65 degrees and cool. It's been 97 or 98 every day here with high humidity. You just melt when you walk outside. You can barely stand to stay out there for any length of time.
