Good one. We all know how that relationship ended.

The trip with her and Vicki was weird...I don't really remember that episode much.

This week...why did Alexis have a botox party when no one was going to get botox but her? I suppose so she could say 'it's on me!!' and not have to pay. Oh, and she doesn't get botox once a year. That forehead is frozen solid.

She said she was disappointed. I don't think that was a big deal. Saying (not to Tamra) she could change the moving date was a little strange.

But I think Tamra's reaction was ridiculous. "Do you know what I'm dealing with??" What? Your new boyfriend? Give me a break!

I agree. I think Fernanda was just hurt and Tamra DEFINATELY over reacted IMO. Then with the whole mace thing at the end. She's just so juvenile.

You are right. It is gross when a man acts this way when going thru a midlife crisis. It is even more gross when a woman acts like this.

True friends make time for each other even if it's a only congratulatory phone call with a 'sorry I can't be there, but thinking about you'. Tamra over-reacted and I felt really bad for Fernanda.

Maybe Tamra was closer to Fernanda before she repaired her friendship with Vicki, but now Tamra showed Fernanda how much she values their friendship.

Jay Photoglou has sued Gretchen Rossi for defamation and won.

Jay proved in court that he was dating Wretched while she was ‘in love’ and engaged to her fiance Jeff Beitzel. Let’s see this stuff on the Real Housewives of Orange County!!!

Wretched two-timing her ‘love,’ Jeff Beitzel… the courts don’t lie

So far, Wretched has been ordered to pay $63,174.53 to Photoglou, who, Wretched says is a liar, a stalker and not her ex-boyfriend when she was with her now-deceased fiance Jeff Beitzel.

Jay and Wretched …lived with Gretchen and still have MOST of my stuff at her house I refuse to go get it because Slade Smiley is staying with her I would like my full story told before the reunion show.

Two days ago, after the judge ordered Wretched to pay Jay Photoglou $40,000 for his attorney fees, Wretched tweeted the following:

From the 1-29-2010 OC Register: Jay Photoglou of Huntington Beach says that Rossi regularly defamed him and lied about their relationship — on TV, to various media outlets and on her blog. He says the two were “a couple” during Rossi’s engagement to Jeff Beitzel, who died from leukemia in September 2008.

The two broke up in February 2009, according to the suit. In March 2009, Rossi filed a temporary restraining order against Photoglou, alleging that he threatened to harm her, her dog, her friend Slade Smiley and herself. The temporary restraining order was later dismissed by a judge.

In addition to libel and slander, the suit alleges instances of invasion of privacy/false light; intentional interference with prospective economic advantage; negligent interference with prospective economic advantage; intentional infliction of emotional distress; and conversion (taking property from another).

Photoglou declined to comment about the suit, except to say that it is “absolutely real.” He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, as well as attorney’s fees.

Court documents and a judge’s decision do not lie… Wretched Rossi needs to pay up and shut up. Would love to see Wretched at her desk on Real Housewives of Orange County, writing out checks payable to Jay Photoglou.

Nobody has dished the last episode yet? I was wondering if anyone else noticed that Vicki only has people working for her that are young enough to be her children. I guess she can't with people who are her peers? She needs to have a bunch of kids to boss around and spank? That was sooooo weird of her to spank that girl, and the girl looked horrified that she was actually going to do that to her .

Vickie is a total head case and I agree, she can't be around anyone who will give her a run for her money. She has a power thing going on. If I were that girl I would have told her where to go and left. She can't be fun to work for. Her kids know she's a nut case and just blow her off. I love it. I feel bad for Don, so glad he got out of there. I hope he finds a nice woman who adores and appreciates him.

But this episode he was bugging the heck out of me. How is it that Tamra is able to, as a single Mom, make a good living as a realtor in Orange Co. But Slade can't??? With all his experience??? He says none of the firms are willing to pay him what he thinks he is worth. So, he would rather make nothing than take a lower paying job? And another thing, he can't find time, in his busy schedule, to workout. What the heck is he doing that he is so busy???

We, too, wondered what keeps Slade so busy that he doesn't have time to workout?! And when he said he would run home but then just stood by the car! It seemed like he was waiting for Gretchen to tell him to get in the car.
Also, he doesn't 'look' overweight if you ask me. She should lay off. But Slade saying he was so busy made me laugh!

As far as Tamra making fun of Alexis' husband for not changing diapers, If I paid 2 nannies I would never change a diaper either!! I wouldn't be paying them to sit and watch tv!

Vicki admitted, they are off/on, and that meal was definately off. Poor Don couldn't even look at the menu and Vicki was pissed. Then she was mad, because he was ordering a steak at a fish resturant. Then she told Don that she wanted to work another 20 years. To me, Vicki talks how hard she works, and I'm thinking, she likes her job, but I don't think she is actually "working" all those hours. I know a lot of people like her, that waste their time doing everything else at work, besides their job, and when it is crunch time, then you hear how many hours they put into their job and how much work they do. If they would just shut up, and talk a whole lot less, they would have time during their regular scheduled work time.

Like someone else said, 'Her kids have her figured out". Don does deserve better. Vicki probably wants some young thing, that is just going to use her.

The whole Vicki/don situation is so sad. All I think of is how last season they really connected and made such an effort to work at their relationship. They seemed closer than ever when they renewed their vows.......

Now it seems VIcki just wants to work and isn't really interested in the "family thing" anymore. Don seems like he wants to retire and travel, enjoy life etc. But vicki just wants to work.

Vicki IMO is an idiot or at least that is how it she is portrayed. Not because of her marriage issues but she treats people like 5 year olds. Spanking an employee give me a break, I don't care if you have known that girl her whole life, that was tasteless, cruel and abusive.

I know the editors only let us see what will cause the most drama but I do feel like she has no interest in a life with Don. People do grow apart and there is some void in her that for whatever reason he doesn't fill it. I don't think its uncommon, the kids grow up the dynamics change and the couple doesn't know who they are, what they want etc. Maybe he tried, maybe she wasn't interested or maybe he is hard to live with. Lots of "nice" guys can be hard to live with. Maybe she is lonely, I know lots of "good" marriages where one of the partners is very lonely. It happens. Who knows, we only see the "ugly" side of all the relationships, that is what sells.
