No, my parents wont let them have one in their room. My sister who is 7.5 is being a beast and a total brat, and the other 2 little ones ages 21 months and 6 months refused a nap yesterday and today. It also doesnt help that my brothers got permission to go to friends' houses this weekend to leave me all alone. Usually my sisters are pretty easy, but this totally sucks! I guess the only good thing is that my boyfriend is here helping me, but he doesn't know much about kids and so it isnt helping that much.

Man charged in fatal baseball beatings pleaded not guilty

Not guilty pleas from the man accused of brutally killing two young boys.

The suspect -- Joe Sauceda Gallegos -- entered not guilty pleas on first degree murder and child abuse charges in a maricopa county courtroom yesterday.

The 36-year-old Phoenix man was arrested by police within hours of the apparently random attack on December 28th.

The criminal complaint accuses Gallegos of two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of child abuse and dangerous crimes against children.

Gallegos remains jailed on $1 million bail. Court records don't list an attorney for Gallegos.

Police say 10-year-old Edwin Pellecier and his 7-year-old cousin Jesse Ramirez suffered severe head injuries when they were repeatedly bludgeoned with a baseball bat or similar object on Dec. 23.

The boys were attacked as they played at a community park in the 9300 block of West Elwood Street; authorities said images from a surveillance camera at a neighborhood home captured Gallegos following the boys shortly before the fatal beating.

Both boys died within hours of each other last Friday at the same Phoenix hospital.

Police say they found a baseball bat in Gallegos' home along with clothing that appeared to be bloodstained.

The two boys were buried saturday in Tucson.
