And I wore jeans (Blue can stand for... USA! GO USA!)

I did try to use Canada as an excuse for getting out of school today.

Me: Mom, you can't make me go to school! IT'S THANKSGIVING IN CANADA!
Mom: That's nice for people in Canada
Me: MOM, YOU CAN'T MAKE ME GO TO SCHOOL TODAY! IT'S COLUMBUS DAY!
Mom: Hmm... if you weren't already dressed, I wouldn't make you go. Since it's Columbus Day.

UGH.

Oh well, Columbus day did a better job of getting me out of school then Canadian Thanksgiving did. If only I came downstairs in my pajamas... oh well, I still went to school.

But that just proves America can get me out of school, but Canada can't (;
