I hate pep rallies. Mainly cause our football team sucks so bad. My school can't even get excited about homecoming because we lose every game every year.
Most of the kids just have "doctor's appointments" and leave the period before

So when Jake and I were going to drop our bags off in the auditorium (him because he's in Drama Club after school and me to move my shiz closer to the main door), and we totallyyyy could've skipped the pep rally.

Yeah, they make us go too. They take attendance before the pep rally and after the pep rally, and if anyone was there before but not after, they get into huge trouble. Haha, you should have. If I had the chance to skip it I totally would.

Although, I don't believe that the next level in math here has honors, it's just pre-calc. Most people don't take it anyways cause you can't take calc here in high school unless you took Integrated Algebra in 8th grade like I did. =p
