The Rain Forrest -Niagara Falls.

Hi. just wandering if anyone has tried it. We went to the one in Down Town Disney last March and loved it. We want to surprize DD15,DD18 and her boyfriend in Dec. when we go to the falls for a weekend.

I was just their 2 weeks ago. The sevice was lousy and the food was anything but special.Very pricy also . Do not do the 3d atrraction next door to it . Big dissapointment.

Yeah I have to say it is not as good as the one at Disney. The prices were high....especially when they list the Canadian and then American price in the menu. (Wonder if it has changed recently......)
We did eat at Planet Hollywood in March and it was pretty good...though pricey again.

we went a couple years ago, the atmosphere was great, but the food was average at best (scarce amount, luke warm) and too expensive. The one in Toronto was better.

Have to agree with this. We ate there in the summer and I have no desire to return.

We were there last yr in september, we were staying at the Sheraton right next door and I was tooooooo lazy to take the kids up the hill for a burger. My kids split a kids burger meal (one had a pop the other had water) and I had a garden salad with ice water. The food was not great though edible. The bill came to $35.00 (at lunch time) ....We will be back to visit the falls but we will definitely bypass RC. The kids didn't even finish their meal because they were too busy looking around.

We have been to the one in TO and had a great time....the meal we had was very good...but again very pricey.

Yup, have to agree with everyone else. We were there in February expecting it to be at least similar to the one at Animal Kingdom, but we were very disappointed. As everyone else stated it was very expensive for below average meals (quality and quantity).

I have the same opinion as most. The service was lousy (we were there in the off season and it was not at all busy), and the quality of the food was definitely not great and not worth the money. Our family of 4 went for lunch and the bill was around $75.00. For such a popular restaurant chain I felt it was very dirty and not well maintained.

Hi there

The one in Toronto is at Yorkdale. We've been there and the service and food is getting worse and worse as the years go on.

It originally opened in Scarborough Town Centre. We took my little cousin to that location 9 years ago and it was super! The food was awesomem the service great and the atmsphere (staff) wonderful.

I then went to the Yorkdale location after it moved 7 years ago and it was still good, but since we've had kids and eaten there with our own kids - it has sucked! The food was lousy, small portions, the restaurant is run down and the staff are aloof and uncaring.

I also believe the Falls location is pricier (doesn't everything in the Falls cost more?)

I would go to the one at Disney and hit a Jack Astor's here in Canada!

I second the recommendation for Jack Astor's! I just love the food there. It's practically the only place we eat out with the kids. I don't know what it is with the service at the Rainforest Cafes in this province, but it is lousy at best (at least in our experience).
