The POWER is in our hands

Our WW instructor said something interesting tonight. She said the "POWER" to make it is in our hands. That if you spell out p-o-w-e-r on your hands, there is a letter for each finger. And that our hands and fingers are what control what we put in our mouth. That seldom do we eat anything without using our fingers. She suggested that we should draw a picture of our hands (like when we were kids) and put p-o-w-e-r on it and then put that on our fridge door and cabinet door and even the driver's window of our car to remind us at drive-thru windows. Maybe, this might help us to remember we have the POWER to take control of our lives and succed on this WISH Journey. I thought it was a pretty neat idea.

Remember everyone we have the POWER and we have each other and we're all gonna succeed!!
