The Pork at "Rose and Crown"

I saw on the menu a pork dish, that seems to have 2 types of pork. I love pork loin. Is that what the dinner is? We have never eaten here and are a bit apprehensive.

Sorry, haven't been to Rose & Crown. I'm going there but still have 29 days to wait. Hopefully someone can help you
