The real reason that Lady Tremaine is being removed from Magic Kingdom is not the budget but because Disney finally realized they should not have a meet and greet with a known child abuser.

Similarly, Prince Philip and Prince Florian now have to register as sex offenders, which will explain Disney removing them from any meet and greets.
