After a year of building up the tolerance of being on a diet, I'm ready! I am resulthing back to Weight Watchers because I was quite successful on that particular one. I lost 15lbs in three months. Seems like it wasn't much, but for me it truly is (I was told I could use 37 points per day and bank if I wanted). I'm 5'10 and I weigh 220lbs at the moment. My goal is to get down to 170lbs...the place I was before I got pregnant with my DD 10 years ago. Basically, I want to get out of my size 16 and back into my size 10's that I never got rid of. I put one of my old 8x10 pictures, where I am slim, on the refrigerator.I hope to get this completed by next September for my marriage renewal. Wish me luck! :)
 
Oh and I'm totally giving up pasta (noodles), soda (I love Pepsi), bread (all) and white rice....yep, cold turkey but I'm keeping potatoes (will eat in moderation). :teeth:
