We ate there this past December and I really liked it! We were slotted to do CS at MK that night and we decided to make these last minute ADR's and pay OOP. We were seated in a nice room with a view of the castle. We split a salad, which was fresh and crisp. I got the turkey club and my DH got a cheeseburger and we split them both. The sandwich was delicious and the burger was awesome. Excellent thick cut fries as well. Our service was fine and it was overall a nice meal. It's nothing fancy, but good quality for the cuisine it serves. :)

NOTE: The eatery is mainly a salad and sandwich shop,
and most would not consider it a real sit-down restaurant.
As a sandwich shop, it is well above average with consistent
quality. As a sit-down eatery, it is far below average.

We really enjoy the Plaza, we eat here every trip. It is not gourmet by any means, but the food has always been good for us. Good sandwiches, burgers, and salads and the fries are awesome. And of course there is the ice cream. The only thing I did not like was the tuna salad - it tasted like it was made with miracle whip, which I don't care for.

We eat at The Plaza for lunches when were at MK. In my opinion it's pretty good for lunch, however I would not want to eat there for dinner. I get the turkey club which is good. The banana split is very good!

We've enjoyed our meals there. Very good sandwiches (burgers, etc) and some specials as well. You may want to read the dining reviews here when trying to decide. :disrocks:

I hear the Reuben is excellent -this from a New Yorker ...who would know a good Reuben when they see one. It's been years since I've been there, butI do remember getting the Turkey club and it was worth the money.

The Plaza is yummy, although not the best of DDP dollars, if you're super worried about that. That said, they're always jamming and service is less than excellent. Even with our ADR we waited over a half hour for our table and then deal with super slow service. All for a tuna sandwhich that I couldn't gotten at CHH with a lot less wait time. I think it would be better at a more off time, like an early or late lunch or dinner.

Love the Plaza...it's a must do for every trip for our family. Hamburgers are good & come with fries or slaw. They have a veggie sandwich which DH likes. The turkey sandwich is also yummy.. we all like their tomato bisque soup as well. We always leave room for ice cream sundaes!

We'll be having an early dinner at the Plaza next week just as we have on our last two trips to WDW. If you're paying OOP it is a great option for a relaxing TS meal. Three of our five dinners will be at Signature restaurants so it's nice to have the Plaza in the mix for a more economical day. DH & I always get the Reuben sandwich and can't resist an ice cream sundae.

I ate there a couple of years ago and we will go back in August..yes, it's a sandwhich and burger place, but, great food and more than enough for us the first time we went, can't wait to see what we will get this next time:)

We ate at the Plaza for the first time last September. Really enjoyed it. We had an excellent server who seemed to go out of his way with his service and conversation. For us, it was a nice break from some of the other restaurants (table service and quick service). And in my opinion, they have the best fries on Disney property! :)

We really enjoyed the plaza rest. We ate there for lunch-had a 2pm reservation. It was relaxing and we were refreshed to do MK for the rest of the day. I had the Reuben, great! And dh had a cheeseburger. We split a milkshake for dessert- you could split it between 4 people. And the kids had hamburgers. It is definitely on the list for next time. If on DDP pay oop, it was around 40 bucks together not worth a dining credit. Enjoy!

We ate here in Oct. a walk up in the rain so the place was pretty crowded but they still go us in. DH an dI both had burgers and I can't remember what DD had maybe grilled cheese. We also shared a shake. It was good, nothing amazing about it but by far no complaints. We cleared our plates. We were on the DXDP so the credits were not a factor however, I don't think I would have wasted a TS credit had we been on the DDP, we would have just paif OOP.

As others have said their fries are the best, actually I'd go back simply for the fries.;) The club sandwich is very good!

Always been fantastic thru the years...never disappointed.....huge excellent meals...always a must....

We ate here in Sept. It's a really good option at MK. The sandwiches and burgers are really good.

Eat there for lunch every trip. Always pay OOP and order the turkey club with homemade chips. Yummy and a decent value!

After making many, many trips without ever eating there we try to eat there once every trip now.

Never had a bad meal, I've enjoyed the Reuben, the Chili Soup, Burgers, Fries and last time had the Meat loaf w/ Mashed potatoes.

It's now my favorite MK TS, by far.
