Can you get take out from the Plaza in the Magic Kingdom?

no. None of the Disney table-service restaurants do take-out...

You might need a reservation, depending on the time of year (we've been there when it's mostly empty for lunch...have also walked by when it's full & long waiting line to be seated. But if you could get a table, you could sit down, order, and when they bring your food, ask for a box & take it with you. But then it's not really fast-food
