Has anyone here done this yet? Is it worth the money? If so can you please post pics and your opinions. We are trying to decide if we should do this or not on our next trip.

We are booked for it on our upcoming trip in Sept. I thought it would be cool for my DS (6) to do since my DD will be doing the BBB the same day. He loves pirates and it would be neat to see him all dressed up!

i havent done it yet but im going to on aug. 18 09 and i think it is going to be wat is worth u get a new pirate name a picture in a picture frame and then u get to pic wat facial thing u want theirs cursed pirate, captain hook, or captain jack sparrow.and then at the end u get to go on an adventure but the whole thing costs about 50 dollars includin the frame or for around 100.00 u get three pictures and frames for them and u get do dress up like a pirate.

We are going for Halloween and DS 7s (turning 8) birthday. I am hoping to get in sometime that week. I have seen a blog on allears.net that has photos of an adult getting a makeover there. After reviewing the pics my husband is hoping to get a Jack Sparrow makeover before MNSSHP.

Yes! Yes! Someone please post pictures! Tell us all about it. My son is going on a day in Sept. after my daughter goes to the BBB. I would love to know what it's all about!

We did it on our last trip. It was awesome! The boys loved it and so did we! It is much less chaotic than the BBB and the Pirates are so much fun. Sorry but I don't post pics of my kids online but there is a thread in the Theme Parks board that is all about the Pirate's League. I think it was definetly worth the money and would do it again in a heartbeat. There were quite a few adults getting it done too. The only thing I would suggest is making sure you bring some vaseline to get the makeup off at night. They give you a makeup remover wipe to take with you but it does not work. The kids looked so good. Heck, I might do it myself next time!
