The Pirates League for adults?

I have signed us (me, DH and 6yo DD) up for the Pirates League prior to the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage in May. I am now second guessing doing it myself for a copule of reasons, one of which being I will want lots of pictures! I also have a question about the availability of pirate t-shirts for adults. Has anyone (adult female) done this and did you buy something to wear there or ahead of time- also are plus sizes available?? Any pictures would be appreciated!

I did it, with DH and DS, and I did the basic mermaid package. Alas I didn't want a shirt so I didn't look for one, and neither did DH (who would be in the plus sized range).

The problem of wanting pictures of your daughter is that you will very likely be in your own chair at the same time, not necessarily right next to each other. I was across the room from my son, though they did keep us all informed of what was going on with each other.

But on the other hand, it was VERY fun for us to just see each other all transformed, instead of having pictures done along the way.

DH and I also did the PL with our 2 DS's - I did the basic mermaid package like bumbershoot. None of us wore any pirate themed clothing and except for the kids' costumes/shirts, I really didn't notice any for adults Sorry! But there were a number of other adults getting "done" while we were in there, so you certainly shouldn't feel uncomfortable!
Getting pics of your DD may be difficult though as bumbershoot explained. We weren't all seated at the same time or together. However, when we were all done we had someone take pictures of the 4 of us together so its really just pictures of the process that we don't have.

I did this as a 30's something female. I didn't want to be a mermaid so I opted to be turned into Captain Hook. I had a blast.

Great photos! Showed my nephew and he can't wait to do this. He is 33 and on autism spectrum but really excited to see pictures. I am going to try for reservation for Oct. The day of party!

I would try calling everyday. When I wanted on for Halloween in 2012, I called at 7am on the dot.
