Here's my rant. I was a first day member although I was just like Pete and really underwhelmed. Anyways, I got the first issue okay then the Donald Duck issue never showed up so I had to call D23 and about a month late they sent it to me. Then the Haunted Mansion issue arrived on time.
Sometime around December 5th, I realized that I never got a 4th issue. After talking to some other D23 subscribers, it had been WEEKS since the Princess and the Frog issue had came out. I contacted Disney Store/D23 peeps on December 15th about it. They told me it would take about 4 weeks to get it. I contacted them the last week of January and told them it still hadn't arrived. The email response said "Give it to February 15th". I mean SERIOUSLY? So I said fine.
Come February 17th, you guessed it, no issue. GRRRR So I emailed again with every previous contact still attached in the email.
Today I get the response "Thank you for contacting the Disney Store about D23. To find out more about D23's benefits and availability of magazines please visit www.disney.com/D23."
[INSERT HEAD BANGING INTO A WALL EMOTICON HERE]
Seriously.. Can somebody tell me who I should contact next? I really want to punch somebody in the face but I'm thinking that would get me banned from the parks and my daughters wouldn't like that.
