Well, considering that the head of Anesthesia was in the video I'm assuming they got some clearance... no patients in the video... done during downtime. Sometimes you have to have a little fun.

My son is having surgery at my hospital on June 24th (his 4th surgery in 18 months) and I have no qualms at all.

That was great! I worked at "U-M-A_crooked letter-crooked letter" as a respiratory therapist for about 9 years back in the 80s to early 90s. I can't even tell you how much fun we had during the down time (I worked 3-11 for several years) and after work hours.

I miss that job very much.

Now I work your typical day job. No nights, weekends, holidays...wait a minute maybe I don't miss it so much! although I do miss my co-workers from there...I never met a better bunch of people.

Yup....... every year they get younger and younger. I used to check them out and now I'm the ol' married lady! July 1st is right around the corner and a whole new batch comes in...

Honestly, it is a great group of people there. I love my job and the people I work with (welllll 99% of them) and if it weren't for the weekly jet lag of doing night shift it would be perfect... BUT it has allowed me to work full time in just 3 nights a week and always get the kids on and off the bus and be there on sick days and snow days...thinking about moving to days in a year or so.

My son saw the video and said "Can he be the Dr to put me to sleep next week?" I might have to put in a reqest .
