Love the shot of Main Street!

Here's the front of the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal (yes, I know it's a bit over-exposed; early morning and our town car to the airport was waiting for us):

We got to be Flag Family at the WL last week and I tried doing a panorama, but it didn't work out too well.

I did this shot in Digital Image Suite. Actually, I imported into Lightroom, adjusted the exposures to match, leveled the pictures, then stitched it together using DIS. It's made up of 5 shots, using a tripod, taken of Lake Winnebago at High Cliff State Park, Wisconsin.

The small version really doesn't do it justice, but the original is huge. Here's the link to the original, for those who are interested.

Thanks! I am by no means an expert on panoramas. I stitched together 3 photos I took at Glacier Point in Yosemite with my Nikon D80 and Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8. The focal length on each photo was 18mm and still was not wide enough for the fantastic vistas in that area. I had not originally intended to make a pano but realized I could when going through all the shots later. It turned out better than I thought it would.

I've only tried making a panoramic once. After looking at all these photos, I think I'll try it again.
