The Oscar's and DL!

So dh and I are in bed last night...I am ALMOST alseep and dh out of the blue says:
"So you know it is the Oscar's on the Sunday we are there. Do you think we will see any stars? I mean, they might have their kids and want to take a trip to DL. Do you think they will be in the parks?!"
I know. I laughed too. Here we are about to embark on our first trip together to DL and dh is worried about celeb sightings. Wadaya gonna do??

So here is my question...will we see any celebs during our week stay during and after the Oscar's?

I appreciate your help in making dh's life feel more fulfilled

Highly, highly unlikely. Many of the celebs live in CA and can go to DL at other times. And it's not like DL will be holding any pre-Oscar events. Most of the celebs are going to be more concerned about what they're wearing and getting their hair done and manicures than riding Space Mountain.

Ya never know. They could be there, or you could go to them. Take a day trip to Rodeo Drive and do some shopping you'll probably see one or two.
When we went, we didn't see any stars at DL(weren't looking either though) but when we went to Rodeo Drive I was standing next to Paula Abdul picking out a belt in GUCCI. They're actually not that exciting, I'm from canada so I thought when I finally saw a celebrity I would be a total nerd, but then I saw her and I'm like "hey that's paula abdul...meh." Then I went back to my shopping.
Then I was an extra in Resurrecting the Champ with Samuel L and Josh Hartnett and when I saw them I had the same reaction...meh.
Anywho I got off topic, you may see some at Disneyland because they don't all live in California and Disneyland is a great place to be and Celebrities are spotted there quite often. That's my mouthful.

We were there a week before the Oscars last year. While we didnt see any celebrities then we did make a trip to Hollywood and saw them setting up and stuff. We also got to hold a real Oscar which was neat.

With that said on a differnet trip to Disneyland we saw Oprah in the park.

We have had some celeb's here in our business and i tell you some times in a crowd they don't stand out much. They blend in with the rest of us! Oh and we are all stars at DL!

Thanks for everyone's responses. I will inform dh that it is always a possibility he may run into someone famous. I seriously don't know why he is getting so excited. We have met our fair share of celebs...maybe it just adds further excitement seeing them at DL?!

You don't have to be there during Oscar season to see celeb's!
