Hi everyone!
So this is my first ever trip report, not entirely sure how this goes, but I will do my best!

We (planned) to stay at the Santa Fe for 4 nights, and catch the early 6:20 Eurostar on the Thursday morning, leaving us a full day on Thursday to enjoy the Disney magic!
I'll get right to it, and say whilst we had various ups and downs towards the end of the trip, it was an absolutely fantastic trip, and I wouldn't want the misfortune at the end to define the whole experiences for me! So here we go!
Thursday - 17th
After a great birthday on the Wednesday, and a day of making sure we had everything ready (especially how to change at Lille!) we set off from Cornwall around midnight, which was technically Thursday! My Dad was great an offered to do the 4-5 hour drive so we could get the early Eurostar train. I was too excited to properly sleep, but I managed to get about an hour or so in the car on the way up.
We arrived at the station around 4:45, said our goodbyes and once getting our tickets we headed to Costa for some breakfast! I must say, this was my first time to St Pancras and probably about my 3rd or 4th trip to London in 20 years, and I was very impressed by the new station.
We boarded the train, and set off on time. Katie was very nervous about the Eurostar and didn't like the idea of going under the water, but she managed to sleep through the whole thing!
When we came out of the tunnel, this is what we were greeted to!
From here on, I sort of suspected the snow might cause us problems down the line, although it was very beautiful!
We then changed over a Lille around 9-10ish, which was incredibly easy - if anyone has any reservations about this, don't worry, it really couldn't be any easier! It was bitterly cold though! The TGV was incredibly impressive - I didn't realise double decker trains existed! However, from beeing up since 9am Wednesday, I was incredibly tired and just had to get some sleep if I wanted to enjoy our full day in the park!
We waited for the shuttle bus, which arrived pretty swiftly and took us to the Santa Fe in no time at all! The hotel looked pretty decent from the outside, even if the snow didn't really fit in with the Wild West theme!
We then queued to get checked in, which was very quick and well organised - very impressed.
There was snow everywhere! I can't remember the last time i'd seen so much!
We made our way into the room, and I must say I was very impressed. Whilst it was basic, everything was clean and in good working order, the room was very spacious and the beds were soooo comfty! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again, even though i've read some horror story reviews, I would recommend the Santa Fe to anyone.
After dumping our bags and sticking on a few extra layers, we headed into the Disneyland Park. It looked stunning with all the Xmas decorations, and the snow made it even more incredible!
As I remember, were headed straight for Pirates of the Carribean, which is always great, then we proceeded to have abit of a walk around before going on Space Mountain (unfortuantly Buzz was closed until the 19th). By then, we were absolutely starving, so we headed to Hakuna Matata for some grub!
The food was really good, aswell as the theming of the restaurant. Whilst we had free meal vouchers, I would definitely recommend this restaurant as a place to go for lunch, as it was most certainly the best lunch we had.
It go to about 4pm, and we were absolutely shattered, so we headed back to the hotel for some rest! We were meant to go to Annette's Diner that night, but we were just so tired that we opted for the buffet instead! The food wasn't amazing, but there was decent variety of food available.
Afte dinner, we headed back to the room for some Disney Channel and some much needed sleep for the day ahead!
