Hi! I've finally got round to starting this trip report. I can probably only psot the travel day today because I'm supposed to be doing my English coursework. Just to remind you:

Day 0: Travel Day
I guess we really started at my house at about 5:00pm, where my mum fussed over making sure we knew exactly where we were going to get the trains and where the coach was going to be picking us up and what it would look like (insert sarcastic laugh, but we'll get to that bit later). Eventually it was time to go to the train station where we caught the 7:30pm to London Liverpool Street Station. Nothing remarkable happened there, we just spent the whole time chatting and catching up with each other, the journey took about an hour and 20 minutes. We then got the tube to London Victoria and arived about 8:45 where we went and found where the coach was supposed to be picking us up. While waiting we went back into the station and got Mc Donalds as a way to keep warm.
At 9:35pm we went back to the pick up point as we had been told that we had to be there by 9:45pm and we wanted to be there in good time. Just for the record, the coach was supposed to be picking us up on Vauxhall Bridge Road, opposite the back of the Appollo Theatre. The coach was supposed to be a white double decker with 'Coach Innvoations' on the side. Well, we stood there waiting and 9:45pm came and no coach. As 9:55pm approached we started to get a bit worried. We walked up and down the road to see if we were in the wrong spot and it was parked further up. No coach. Then, I got a phone call. It was one of the coach drivers, asking if we were on our way to the pick up point. "But, we're already here" was my bemused and slightly panicked response. He told us that we were on the wrong side of the Appollo and that they were "On the corner by the tube station". So we ran back round and yes, there was a coach there, we had passed it on our way the first time, but it was a red single decker with 'Werebells Travel' or something similar on it. I rang him back and explained that we couldn't find him and where we were and he told me that he was at the end of the taxi rank now. I didn't realise what he meant and was looking for a coach in the taxi rank *facepalm*. I couldn't see one. Utterly confused we were looking back and forth. He then said: "I'm wearing a grey jumper" we turned and there he was.
Words could not describe how relieved we were. He lead us to the same coach that we had passed about 3 times whilst looking for it. The red single decker one. We were confused, but hey! We were finally properly on our way! The seats were ok, fairly comfy and 'Madagascar' was playing on the tv monitors. There were only about 23 of us going so it was a fairly quiet journey. After 'Madagascar' finished, I can't remember much because I drifted in and out of sleep a lot. Well, after we figured out how to lean the seats back, lol. However, there was one flaw with this; if you didn't throw your whole weight onto them, they would slowly sit back up again. Now, I'm quite small, so I would doze off leaning back and then wake up bolt upright.
But, oh well!
We eventually got to Dover at about 12:30am, where the coach driver told us that the next ferry crossing was at 1:50am. But that was ok, we went to the little shopping place where we used the loos and then went back to the coach to doze some more before getting on the ferry. It was pretty packed: there was four coachloads that I saw and many carfulls of people. Everyone just wanted to sleep. When we went for a walk to stretch our legs, there were loads of people just sleeping on the floor in the corridors. The crossing took about an hour and a half, I think. As soon as we were on the road in France, the driver turned off the lights we went to sleep. That period of time seems really fuzzy to me because I kept falling asleep suddenly and in really strange positions, literally I would be sitting there and my head would suddenly just snap forward and I would wake up in that position a short while later.
We arrived in the Disneyland car park at about 7:30 - 7:45am and went to the toilets to freshen up - which in our case meant changing our top halves and brushing teeth etc. The first thing I noticed when we got off the coach to do this was that it was absolutely FREEZING. I was glad I wore so many layers. Anyway, we waited what seemed like hours, but in reality was only until about 9:15am, when lo and behold, a white double decker with 'Coach Innovations' pulled up in front of us. It was the trip that left two days before we did! A woman ran on and handed out tickets. We were finally going! Day 1 will start later, as (although I'd like to) I really can't put off writing this commentary any longer.
