Following along! We are booked at Universal's Royal Pacific from 9/24 - 28, but plan to have 2 Disney days!! I love Disney in September and this will be the 3rd September in a row!

What are crowds like compared to other months. Thanks

I haven't been to WDW every month of the year (someday!), compared to many months I have (October, January, February, March, May, June, July....jeeze, I have been a lot!) September (early September) is the lightest. Just a general feeling of ease, like less people in line not only for the rides, but for the bathrooms, for food, for transportation...

I just booked a last minute Free Dining offer! We were supposed to skip a vacation this year, but that totally wasn't going to actually happen!
DH, myself, DD10, and either one of her friends or DS16 will be staying at CSR for the first time...Sept 6-13th I was actually able to make all the ADRs I wanted this morning, except for Hollywood and Vine dinner on the 12th
We're planning on MNSSHP the 8th, and Typhoon Lagoon the 10th! We've never been to any Disney waterparks; here's hoping I have the nerve to take off my cover-up long enough to actually get in the water!
I am SO excited to be going back to WDW!! We've done Disney cruises the past 3 years, and I'm way overdue for the park experience! (extremely bummed that BTMRR is going to be down )
This is our first time using the Dining Plan, so ADRs was a fun new thing for me So, I just wanted to join the Sept thread and say hello to y'all!

We are doing AOA. We were originally booked at CR and I was SOOOOOOOOOO excited to walk to MK, but we have 3 kids (14, 12, 9) and just felt like it would be so much more crowded at CR. So, for the extra room (& the extra bathroom!), we switched to AOA. They both have their +'s, but walking to MK would be amazing.....

AoA suites look awesome! I have only visited that resort and ate dinner there, and loved the food court! You are going to have a great time there! That was our big deciding factor for choosing BC. We love Epcot and go there the most (aside from MK), so being able to walk there will be great for us!

Joining in!! Our reservations are for 9/1/16 to 9/11/16, staying at POR. In the past we have stayed at POP, all of the all stars, so we are very excited. This is a redemption trip as we just we in December and it was a fiasco!!! I just booked a ADR for BOG, it says it is on a party date. My question: My reservation is at 6:30 do I still need to have a party ticket?

No you do not require a party ticket. The party starts at 7 so if you finish after that they will escort you out.

Why is it not September yet...120 long days. I swear yesterday I was being given a sign to go now. I was listening to Disney music on the way home from work and listening specifically to Splash Mountain Medley and the part where the boat hit the bottom I could've sworn I felt the splash of water on my arms. If that's not a sign I don't know what is. My DH thinks I'm crazy, lol.

Me and DH will be there 9/2-9/10 at CSR. Attending MNSSHP on 9/8, already grabbed dessert party tickets for that night too.

Since I posted this, 2 awesome updates. One-we decided to add a day! New dates 9/2-9/11, yay!!! Even more exciting is that DS decided he could join us

We were happy to be doing a couple only trip, but DS has been hinting that he wants to go, so today we added him. The last few times he's gone he's had a friend or girlfriend along, so it will be nice to have a family only trip again.

Also was able to secure a Chef Mickey ADR for our arrival night, which is an old tradition for us, so happy about that!!

116 days for us! Arriving Sept 25th and staying at Wilderness Lodge!

It's the second trip for hubby and kids. Last time we stayed at AoA in a mermaid room -which we loved- but this is a super fun upgrade!
