Question on using an Avis coupon code. It says the price displayed does not reflect the coupon and it will be applied at the counter. Does anyone have experience with this? I'm trying to use CC MUWA003 which I think is $30 off. I'm getting a rate of $229 for an intermediate but does this mean at the counter the price will be $200? Do I have to show an actual coupon?

I've never rented through Avis before.

You should be able to print the coupon from their website. Yes, they will deduct the coupon from the total you see now. We found Avis to be the best deal!

Using this code and coupon I just got the best rate I have been able to find for our trip in a couple of weeks. I did not have a problem printing off the coupon. It looks like you have to stand in line to give them the coupon. Oh, well! Anybody know if anything changes if you join their preferred service?

I will probably try Priceline as well in a week or so. Thanks for the info!

MUWA003 for $35.00 off I have found it on this website, but it said it has expired, but the good thru date is 12/31/09. I am am confused. However, Mousesavers has another $35.00 coupon code on their website.

Is it cheaper to rent a car from CCC or to just get one from MCO then rent to CCC?? Also if I gte a "special" code and then it doesn't work can I then use a code from on of my membership clubs??
