Just booked a last minute trip for May this year! Boy is this gonna stress me out. I usually have more time to obsess and plan.

We leave May 16th for Universal Royal Pacific then switch over to SSR from 5/18 - 5/22.

On the other hand, BF is getting quite nervous about our plane ride. He's 23 and its his first time, and the poor thing is terrified of heights

Great way of distracting your BF first flying experience the thought of WDW when you touch down! Just keep telling him keep your eye on the prize and the pixie dust will be with you! Have a great time both of you

Thanks.. the day started off awesome and went downhill REALLY fast... they just laid off 16 people at my job. One was a direct co-worker of mine. I will now have to take over her job... so I will have to bring my laptop to Disney so I can do work first thing in the morning.

So sorry to hear that about both the loss of jobs and the morning work during vacation.

3 days!!! I faxed my room requests in yesterday.

Chuckers, sorry to hear about the lay offs. We went through that a couple of years ago and my really good friend's job was cut.

Heres to hoping work won't be too busy and you can enjoy your vacation.

I'm leaving tomorrow, heading leaving for the airport at 2:30am - I'll likely nap in the evening and then not go to bed overnight so I consider it "leaving tonight" yayyyyyyy. So excited! Of course I still have a million things to do today and I have an issue with carry-on Vs ME bags Vs leaving things with bell services Vs park bag that I can't resolve in my head, but whatever. Leaving tonight!!

Chuckers, so sorry about the layoffs. I have to take my laptop too so I can work at the airport and maybe a little in the evenings, and it's not so fun.

I'm a little nervous about the plane ride too - I don't have any fear of flying (in fact, I love flying!) but when I flew to WDW in March I had a panic attack on the plane for some unknown reason. Now I'm panicking it'll happen again, ah the irony!
