Well, I liberated (NOT like liberating LGMH's; liberated as in adopted for a fee!) Fritzie from the aquarium today. He seemd very happy to go. I'm not posting a pic yet so as not to ruin the joy when his first recipient sees him! So, S'late, it's all on you to share Fritzie's image with the rest of the Fockers!

I have had almost this exact same conversation with my husband, only I haven't brought up the crocker yet, he thinks I am just a freak about the lime green and meeting someone from the boards. I won't tell him about getting the croc, I will be picking mine up at check-in, and won't tell him about giving the croc until the day I am giving him up. He might not want to go to Disney with me if I tell him ahead of time.

We will be at the POP July 6 - July 16 - I know, I know- middle of summer and HOTTER than you know what. I see most of you are avoiding the summer so I may not get to meet up with any of you but I would like to participate. I sent a PM to get my name on the list. My fam thinks I'm a "Disney Nut" as well. When my teens saw me posting on this board- they said "aw, mom's got friends" So- lets go out and play! There is too much stress and worry in the world today and sometimes you just need to be a kid again. So dont laugh at me if you see me acting like I'm 8 years old again, running from ride to ride with my ears on and my icecream melting all over the place- just come on over and lets have some real fun!:

Hello DISsers! As many of you know, lime green is the official unofficial color worn by DISsers. Since lime green has become a hip color, we have also introduced the "I've got my eyes on you Focker" hand gesture to help identify each other in the parks. Read how it got started:

To take it one step further, we have adopted a mascot, actually four of them. They are crocodiles in honor of the shoes now worn by many DISsers.

For your mental image: we are the lime green wearing, weird hand gesturing, crocodile carrying people in funny shoes sporting LGMH on everything we possess.

We are passing around the Focker Crockers to fellow DISsers. You'll take your little focker around and take photos of his/her adventure and post them here when you return. You don't have to carry this thing around your whole trip, just whatever is fun for you! Some folks are meeting for the exchange, while others will leave at the front desk of the hotel for the next DISser. (This is similar to DisneyMommyMichelle's window decorating box.) Below is the list we have thus far. We have many gaps to fill, so if you'd like to participate, please PM me your dates, resort, and real name.

I'm off to Home Depot to get some LGMH tomorrow at lunch. I might also decorate my door at POP and buy the Lanyard. DH told me to get a hobby, he know's I'm an extremist!!!!

Yay! I just found this thread today and I am getting to watch Fauna on 2/9 - 2/18! I am SO excited because she loves sports and we are staying at All Star Sports. I guess I won't tell her I am a Braves fan!?!? I told my husband about this and he is taking it all in stride so far (He is a comedian so in his mind I am just giving him "material"). I got my LGMHPCs today but I haven't been able to find any lime green clothing in the few places that I have had the chance to look.

Ya know, I have the same problems with The Wife. She is almost always fussing about me and my boards. Hey, I'm only serious about this one and my Roadfood board. I only goto the guns and truck boards every couple days.

She fusses about Roadfood because I want to goto meets to meet the other people and because I like to stop at diners and Mom and Pop places when we travel. I've already started planning our meals enroute to VB this summer. Then when we goto SSR this December I'll plan out other places to eat.

Not yet... I rescued Fritzie on Sunday and he's in the mail today to sorul82? to begin his travels. I didn't take or post any pics so as not to ruin the surprise of that first meeting! I know we'll start seeing some pics soon, though

Your in the same situation as I am. I basiclly had the same response when I told hubby about our croc last night. The only thing difference he said was that he is going to have me locked up in a mental instution. He asked what the Focker are we to do with our Crocker. I told him that we will take it to dinner, going swimming with it, take it on some rides. He said "OHhhhh...I'll take it on some FOCKER rides alright. That CROCKER will be begging for a new FOCKER CROCKER sponsor." I told him don't you dare touch my CROCKER, and you WILL be a FOCKER CROCKER sponsor. I hope that him and I never divorce cause this thread could damage me ever seeing my kids again....
