I believe the Contemp is already sold out because half of it is closed for refurb - thought I read last week that the north wing is closed while they are working on it......

North Wing is beyond closed. It's been demolished!

The South Wing and the Tower are still there of course but yes.. the loss of the North Wing does diminish room capacity somewhat.
