I have never been to LTT. I have been to Plaza, and do like it, but I would say LTT seems like a better fit for December. Plaza is a burger and ice cream place (makes me think summer), LTT is more home cooking!

We've never been to The Plaza but we have eaten at LTT before and I did the same as you by switching lunch venues from the Plaza to LTT yesterday. We already have a Beaches & Cream lunch planned for the previous day, so somewhat like The Plaza, and we have really enjoyed our previous meals at LTT, especially lunch. DH & I both like the Colony Salad and trying the Toffee Cake is on my Disney Bucket List after reading all the great reviews of that.

I've never had LTT lunch, but the dinner is fantastic. Very homey.

Only 5 more sleeps! I'm almost all the way packed! Now, to clean so I don't feel like I'm coming home to a pigsty.

Thanks for the heads up! I switched our Plaza lunch for LTT...anyone think I made a mistake since we have never been to either?

We love LTT for lunch! We had lunch there last Christmas Day. It's one of our favourite places.

Yep! I'm driving myself crazy with what could go wrong. Every day it's something new

This is the first big vacation we are taking in 6 years and my daughter's first trip. I'm going to make myself insane before we even get to the airport!

Late Check-in here..
We're booked at Coronado Springs for 17-22 Dec, and our Magic Bands came in yesterday. (Via a neighbor, to whose house they were mistakenly delivered) :O
This will be a lot different from our previous trips. First off, we're flying down and back (when did Soutwest think it was a good idea to get from New Orleans to Orlando via Atlanta?), and we won't be staying at our favorite resort of Caribbean Beach. However, we went to Albuquerque this summer for vacation, so CSR will be an extension of that.. minus the radio dishes.
We've got tickets to the last MVMCP, FastPasses for each of the 4 parks, and enough ADRs to keep us relaxed. If we can just squeeze in a screening of Ep VII, this can be the perfect trip. XD

You can pre-buy tickets to Star Wars. It took me a long time to figure this out, and on our day/time of choice, the 3-D version was already booked. If it is a priority, you might want to look at what is available. I was really surprised the AMC only listed 2 screens showing it! (We booked 12/25!) maybe other dates have more screens.

I couldn't get the date we wanted with the type of screen we wanted. So we are seeing it at Universal Citywalk's theatre. If you have a vehicle or want to take a taxi, you might try there too.

Thanks, I will look into it. Honestly we prefer 2D, but having a reserved seat would have been nice. I am actually sitting it out with my 3 year old. We will have 3 year old exploring time, (last time we split up like this, I got to do a marshmallow roast, boat ride, and shop for ears.) The 3 year old never gets to lead the way, so it is a treat to support a time when she can. Meanwhile, DH lives his dream of seeing the movie on Christmas night with the big kids!

We love liberty tree. One of our favs. I saw it pop up yesterday as well. I scored a 4:30 time which is perfect for us.
