Just a side note, DH and I are going to see David Lettermen tomorrow, and Ruben is one of the guests. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Clay will be in the audience!!!!

Ugh - I so did not want him to tour with Kelly. It will be tough enough to get tickets going up against the Clay fans...now Kelly's fans will be trying for those same tickets.

Morning everyone. re the news about Clay and Kelly touing together.. I think it is a big mistake. As CookieGVB pointed out, it will be tough to get tickets. I wonder why the managers came up with that idea. I think both would have sold out regardless.-at least Clay would have. And if they are trying to see who would pull in the most $, it would be very difficlut now. I just remember spending hours and lots of money trying to get my dd tickets to NSYNC and Backstreet Boys w/o success. This will be a tough one Clay fans. Good luck to all that try and let us know how successful you are!!

Not only harder to get tickets. But, harder to distance themselves from AI. They both, all, need to be recogonized as performers in their own right, not as a former AI contestent/winner. I just think it is bad, career wise, for both of them.

I never watch TRL, but yesterday DS#2 had MTV on right before he left for work @5pm. So doesn't TRL come on, but for some reason they have Clay video locked in the vault and wouldn't show it. Now my son's girlfriend said it came out of the vault at the end of the show, so maybe I can see it today since I know what time it comes on. I have never seen the video. However, DS#1 who is an electronic media major in college did tell me he even liked the video and song. Which says something since he is usually very critical of alot of video and movies that come out.

Most finish work, so I can get home in time to see the show.

nancy...they had this vote thing the other night to lock up one of the videos for 24 hours. it was stupid if you ask me...but the video *should* be back on today. we've been voting like crazy to get it back onto TRL...

they don't always show the entire video on TRL...check out www.mtv.com ...do a search for clay aiken and then you should find his video for download...

So happy to hear he's going on tour!!!!!! It's DEFINITELY going to be hard to get tickets here in NC. I'll have several people trying to get them for me. I missed the AI Tour and really hate that. Please please please post dates when you hear of them.

#2 on TRL today even with the phone voting all screwed up!! Keep voting online until the phones are fixed. Boy did he get alot of talk on TRL today, almost worth being locked in the vault for 24 hours!!!

i cracked up when they started talking about how the clay fans were up in arms over the voting...when are they gonna learn that they just can't deny us our man clay?

and you know i'll be ready with those dates as soon as they are posted!!!
