Eek, so I just changed our April 2016 reservation from CBR to POR I'm a little sad because I really wanted to stay at CBR, but the hubby and kiddo are really excited about POR. So I guess I'm out numbered.

I'm having to abandon ship! I went to add a day to my trip and CBR couldn't accommodate me. So, we're headed to Coronado. Kind of nervous bc I haven't read much about the resort!

Bummer. Well at least your going to be at WDW a day longer! We've never stayed at CSR so I can't help you. Thanks for posting your change, I removed your dates.

I just booked our stay to CBR today. December 16 - 23, 2016.

We are a family of 5 so our options are limited without paying an arm and a leg. We stayed at POR last trip and loved it. Wanted to try something new this time. I can only hope it's half as amazing as you all have said it is!

I think you're going to love it. We were huge POR fans until our first CBR stay, now we can't seem to go back! I've added your dates.

Due to a change in one of our travel peeps schedule, we have moved our dates to Jan 29th through Feb 4th. Now I have to play the "hope there's still dining" game.
(and remember how to change the date on my little sig ticker, LOL)

Just booked our 1st CBR- stay, March 17-20, 2016 after our 4 day Magic cruise. We thought we were going to splurge and book AKL but the prices were crazy, so we thought we'd try POP but then CBR popped up for not much more $ and we thought, " Why not extend the cruise vibe?" So we are going to give it a try and are pretty excited! We just have standard rooms booked bc that was all that was available but we aren't real picky, so I am counting on being the furthest away and anything different will be a pleasant surprise

Excellent choice! Since you're booked Standard, and not a Pirate Themed Room, the furthest out you could be would be a 6-7 minute leisurely walk to OPR and the Main Feature Pool. I've added your dates!

For those of you who will be at the CBR soon, would you please take pictures of the bridge construction and post them to the CBR information thread? Also, if anyone is staying or has recently stayed in the pirate room, we are looking for pictures and reviews of the new rooms. Thanks! Back to your regularly scheduled roll call.
