CL_Bezoar, you are one of the all-time good guys: the most helpful, thoughtful, and organized guy on VMK, far as I've seen. They need to re-name the Community Leader program to "Be Badges," in my never humble opinion. Although don't you think Be_Bezoar is a bit redundant, don't you think?

Honestly, I don't think VMK is looking for an army of sock puppets, but I do wonder if it takes the fun down a notch having to be a beacon of good. Especially for a rapscallion like me. I have no doubt you're vigilant about this sort of thing for yourself, Joe, but I'd be willing to bet a shiny nickel you are exactly the kind of player VMK was hoping for when they thought up the Community Leader program.

Propaganda? Me? I'm more subtle than that, sir; give me some credit! Besides, i your head gets stuck, we can use some butter from the popcorn cart to get you out of your helmet. Or maybe just drop one of those moon chairs on it to crack it open... the helmet, not the juicy brain holder inside. Uh, I've said too much... look behind you! It's Godzilla!

I applied 3 times the first two times was told to wait. Third time didnt not get that answer... but have yet to EVER hear back from them. This includes other questions sent to VMK.

I filled out the application and they said i am not ready but i'm a player thats has been there since day 1 and when i say that i mean since the beta even started! They turn me down all the time i still have not answered any questions but i called for help and they told me they are currently having problem with players accounts with them becoming CL. They told me since i have been here since day 1 that i should apply again and they should fix my problem becoming a CL! .......... KrazyLuke

Well I finally got the letter today with the questions. I took my time studied them and went back and forth through VMK to ensure I got them right. Now I sit and wait!

just a question do you get an email saying your a cl or you just find out on vmk?

I know the early Community Leaders did not receive anything initially. In my case I received a very nice "welcome aboard" email and when I logged in I had the hat and CL in front of my name. The email did not provide a great deal of detail. From the tone, I suspect that current Community Leaders are still being evaluated and that there may be different levels. What constitutes those, I have no idea.
