I liked Jacob in Twilight and the middle of New Moon. I still like him, he's just annoying.
I'm under the impression that if Jacob was going to imprint on Bella, it would have already happened.
I've ruled it out of my mind.
And there's always this:
Q. Did Jacob imprint on Bella?
A. No. And this is how you can be sure: in New Moon, after the first time Jacob becomes his wolf phase, he is mean to Bella. He wont tell her what is wrong. He says he cant see her anymore. If hed imprinted on Bella in that moment (and it happens the first time you see the person after youve phased), he would have answered all her questions. Pretty much, he would have given her anything in the world she wanted. (When hes staring at her on the bottom of page 173 in Eclipse, hes trying to make himself imprint on her. But thats not something you can force.)
Oh, if he had imprinted her, I would have screamed.
I was very close to like harming the book throughought Eclipse.
But I don't think my friend would have been happy if I'd given the book back in two.
Yeah that's what he says, but we need to give Catherine credit, she has been working really hard on this movie, and she knows that people who have read the book are going to nitpick every single part. But movies are always different from the books, we need to get over that fact. I'm just thankful that she's been trying so hard to make it into a good movie.
