God, that was the worst trip to the dentist ever.

Well, being at the dentist was fine. I was in the seat for about 2 minutes at the most. But there was so much traffic, we couldn't find a parking spot, because access to the parking area was closed. Took about 35 mins before we got it. Then a 90 min trip home (normally 30 mins)

Major roadworks until April. The main road from Blackheath to Greenwich has been made a one way access all the way down, plus all the side roads along it are blocked as well.
