Anyhow, few questions - has anyone used Magical Vacations??? Are they are good company to go with? Reputable? Any problems with them at all?
I haven't used Magical Vacations so I can't vouch for them. I have used Magical Journeys for my past 4 Disney trips and they are AWESOME!

Also, contemplating between garden view and garden club level. Is club level really WORTH the extra money??
It depends. Seriously. Club level seems to be worth it the most during peak season at Disney. Travelling with small children, it is definitely easier to get them snacks in the lounge and have another place for them to rest and watch TV but the price difference can be upwards of an extra $250 per night.
We may not have the dining plan and so the club level is a bit tempting since we can have bkfst foods taken care of in the club lounge (right???) What offerings are available in the mornings in the club lounge?? Is there enough selection there for toddler to be happy? (Will have a 2 1/2 yr old and an almost 4 yr old)
Yes, you can have breakfast foods taken care of.

Do they have fresh fruits? Yogurt? Donuts or waffles? What juices do they have? Is there anywhere I can find what is offered throughout the day in the club level?
They have fresh oranges, bananas and I believe apples. I had a least 2 oranges at breakfast. I don't have a list of what is exactly offered during the day in the concierge lounge. I'm sure someone has posted it on this thread somewhere...
ALSO, we originally were planning to arrive on a weekday - hoping to avoid crowds at check in. If we end up going Sat-Sat are we going to experience a horrible wait to get checked in? This is what I'm trying to avoid, if possible. I have an impatient hubby and 2 toddlers....haha
Usually Saturdays aren't heavy days for resort check-in. And at the Poly the line for check-in is pretty short or non-existent. The only time I've seen a 'crowd' at check in was at Christmas time. Now if you stay concierge you get to check in at the bell services desk at the front of the GCH and a golf cart will take you to your room in the Hawaii building.
Last, if you are in club level, is there any need to get the refillable mug? Or would that not be necessary in clue level?
THANKS!
My answer is no. There is so much coffee, hot chocolate, cans of Coke, Sprite and Diet Coke available that having to walk back to Captain Cooks to use a refillable mug is a pain.
Hope that helps!
