I am worriedMy DH and I took our son for his first trip in 2008 at age 4 and we went the first week of February and had a fabulous time. The lines were short and weather was cool and comfortable. We then came back at age 6 the week after Presidents day and it was super busy. We were spoiled by the short lines and no crowd from our trip before and my DH advised would not come back
Well........ I talked him in to a short trip the first weekend of November. Thought the crowds would be small again
Not concerned with the F & WF but concerned about Jersey week! Should I change dates?
We love WDW but I'm concerned if we have hit another time with 2 hr lines and FP sold out he won't come back! Help!
I have not visited in November before this will be our first November trip but I did try to research the best times to go and not go during the "Christmas Season" and the first week of November is Jersey Week from what I know their conferences are the 4th and 5th this year and most leave by the 7th, but since you are only talking going for the weekend, I do think another weekend might be better with the exception of the first weekend in December because of POP Warner and filming of the XMAS Parade in MK.
Remember weekends always tend to be busier because more locals visit then that being said the following weekend Nov 12-14 which is the Festival of the Masters in DTD and the last weekend of Food & Wine in Epcot you can expect those places to be busy.
Also by going a bit later in November You can take in the OL at DHS and maybe catch MVMCP on a Friday nite.
We are going this year from Nov 8 thru the 13th but I purposely tried to plan so we did not have weekend days this trip.
