Anyone's little ones do baby kisses? The big old wet slobbery ones?? Aiden just learned in the past week or two.

Tonight I was laying him down and I kept yawning. He thought momma wanted kisses LOL. I got bunches of slobby soy milk kisses.
He kept laying on me, giving me hug-a-boos/snugglebuns (what I call them) too. Ahhhh he just makes my heart swell. He is such a cuddle bug!!!

We don't co-sleep (well sometimes, if EITHER dh *or* I sleep with him but if we're both in our bed, we just do not fit... Aiden moves all over), but I do put him to sleep in my bed and cuddle with him until he falls asleep and then we move him into his crib.
That has to be my most favorite time of day. I love snuggling and all of the kisses and hugs. Plus he likes to rub my hair as he falls asleep...

My husband gives him eskimo kisses (after all, daddy is a full eskimo and Aiden is 1/2) and my mom gives butterfly kisses. He hasn't caught on to those yet.

On a bad note, he has a icky/bad staff infection on the back of his neck. We're waiting to see (tomorrow) if it is the REALLY bad type.

They have BabyLegs at Target.com!!! How cool is that?! Now, if they'd only have them in the store, a pair would hop into my cart every time I went shopping!

I usually order them direct from BabyLegs and use a code to get $5 off. The way it USED to work was a glitch, but you could enter the code and get $5 off each pair, so I ordered one pair at a time!! Now, they have fixed it so that if you are only buying one pair, shipping is $8!!!! If you buy two or more pairs, shipping is about $2.50.... Ah well- it was good while it lasted!

I actually ordered a few pairs of BabyLegs from Target.com and love them. I've seen them in the stores, too, but there's a better selection online! Plus, they do fit better than the pair I made! LOL

DH and I are DVC members, and we get this magazine every few months or so with DVC updates, pics, info, etc... Well, I found in the magazine an address where you could submit photos of your family, etc... So, I sent in a bunch of Brady wearing all kinds of Disney hats from our last trip (including the one in my siggie). Well, I got a letter sent overnight from DVC marketing via FedEx today saying that they want to use my pics!!!! They sent a nice letter saying they really enjoyed them, and to sign the release and send it back asap. Once I sign the release, they can use the pics in their marketing and/or magazine!! Now, maybe they do this for everyone that sends in pics, but the letter was personally written? So who knows?

So....if you're DVC members....be on the lookout for little Brady possibly appearing in the next issue!! How cool would that be?!

That's awesome!! How cool! And I agree with Becky - I'm jealous because I want DVC, too! DH doesn't want it, unfortunately, so I don't see it happening for a looonnng time...

I just registered to volunteer with "Help HER" (www.hyperemesis.org), which is a Hyperemesis research and education foundation.

When I was pregnant and in the hospital for the Nth (?) time, my mom contacted a volunteer from Help HER and she came and talked to me in my hospital room. And I didn't realize at the time how much I was glad she came, but I want to be able to help someone else out who is suffering with HG. It is SOOO hard.

So, I'm kind of having a feel-good moment. Just thought I'd share!!

Kelly - that is so exciting! I wish we had DVC, and DH says we can buy "some day" when we have money. But who knows when that will be.

Rachel - DS does the sloppy kisses too, it's so cute! I'll be moving close to you pretty soon! We move to AZ next week, and will be staying with my mom in Mesa until we find our own place. We're mostly looking in Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler area.

Becky - that is great! That will be such a rewarding experience for you. I have been getting urges for another baby, but I know we're not ready yet. We have way too much going on right now with the move and my new job, and DH needs to find a job, and we need to find a house, etc, etc. DS is still such a handfull, too, that I don't think I could handle him and another baby right now. DH says he's ready whenever I am, but we all know that the moms end up doing most of the work, so I don't think we'll start ttc again for about another year.

I know. I'm "ready" for another one, but not.

I'm mostly scared about how my next pregnancy will be- because now I have V to take care of, and I don't want her to have to see me hospitalized and bed-ridden. Not much I can do about it if it happens, but I want her to be older so we can at least explain to her what's going on.

We're thinking of ttc next June/July, but now I'm wondering if I'll chicken out.

Plus, now DH is going back to school, so we may put off another one for another year. WHo knows.

It's not like we can be spontaneous since I got the IUD.

Kelly - that's awesome about Brady's pics! So cool! And does it come with a free trip???

TTC - we had decided ages ago we wanted our kids close together. With our work schedules, it would be easier to have them all at once that spaced out. But, no such luck yet. Next month I get referred to RE, so we'll see how that goes.

The Target pics went pretty well. They had a few I really liked, and I liked some of the borders. It got a bit expensive, but oh well.

May I suggest Chandler? We really like it in this area.

Aiden learned how to blow raspberries too this week. However he'll only do them on your bare leg (???). LOL He was trying to do it on my husband's sweat pant covered leg and boy was he getting ticked off, my husband was confused.

Poor Aiden is trying to teeth I think. He has been so miserable this past few days The big smiles are for his big brother Joey who can always bring a smile to Aiden's face! You can tell by looking at the other photos, he felt pretty crummy yesterday

Today is kind of a bummer. Daddy has to work... We have a restraining order against my sister's boyfriend, which in turns means she won't celebrate any holidays with us and since her kids are older, my mom tends to spend time with them (yeah today is a woah is me day).

If Aiden feels OK today (big IF), I am going to take photos of him. I found my little f/1.4 lens (perfect for portraits). If not, I will just treat today like every other day (boooo) and work on laundry (fun fun fun!!)

Adorable pictures, I hope Aiden feels better soon! Holidays kind of suck for us, too, b/c DH always has to work, so DS & I are alone. I did manage to get some adorable pics of DS today, and he managed to get hurt twice. He somehow scratched his chin (I didn't see what he did, b/c he was behind me while I was doing laundry), and he knocked over a full suitcase pinning himself between it and the wall. But he seems fine, just cried a little, and went right back to looking for trouble!

My sister and mom live in Mesa, but really far east, in a new subdivision, almost by the Superstition Mountains. I know I don't want to live as far as them, b/c it is about 50 minutes from there to my work in North Phoenix. My cousin lives in Gilbert and used to live in Chandler, and I really like both of those areas. It will definitely be nice to have so many free babysitters around! Maybe after we get settled we can talk about a Dis-baby meet, that would be fun!

Very cute pics of Aiden! Hopefully it won't be as hard to catch a smile around here pretty soon. I swear everytime Grayson is smiling and laughing and I get the camera out, there's the end of his good mood.

Regarding TTC- my first two are 26 months apart and I think it's wonderful. I'd love to TTC right now and have the next two even closer in age, but I am still so overwhelmed right now, plus worried about the financial impact of 3, let alone 4 kids, that we aren't even thinking about it right now. Hopefully #4 is still in our future though! We really don't want Grayson to be an "only" in 10 years.
