Hi Dan, you never know where I'll be found We will be down for 8 days this trip.

As for the Swan/Dolphin, I believe there is still a information thread (with a link from the old FAQ for Swan/Dolphin that was over size limits) and the cheerleaders/sorority has started threads over here for chit chat.

Trying to keep information readily avaible for those who are looking and a fun place to talk for the others.

I am with the "sorority", while the cheerleaders are an older established group that also love the S/D but have been on the CB longer than our "day" status.

And when I have questions about my trip I ask them here.... or on the resorts board???

I've gotten good information about my trip for the past 323 days from the old thread. My trip is in 32 days.

This thread is for the "off topic" posts.

If you have questions specific to the resorts (including concierge) you would post that on the resort board.

That is why we have separate boards here and why the thread was split.

And please, let's all send some PD and lots of to the lovely woman who put us all together in the first place, and whose name I'm probably not supposed to mention here. She is the inspiration for this group, and I can only hope that she is able to come back "home" at some point.

I wanted to check in here and say I'm glad the dust is settling. Certainly hope Mousekeeping comes through overnight with the Oreck! And hey, pass that merlot please - I need a quiet end to a turbulent day.

Thanks to SueEllen for your efforts in our relocation - you have a thankless job and I'm sure it's not always easy to mediate. Thanks Steveanddonna for starting us up again, and I hope ALL our lizards find their way to the new lounge. We can be happy here!

Looking forward to my 2nd CL stay in less than 3 weeks!!! BWI garden suites are next on the agenda. I like to call it my "Mission: Possible?" trip. Can I convert the love of my life (DH) to love the other love of my life (WDW)? With the help of the experts in the Lizard Lounge and the fabulous planners at BWI, I am keeping my fingers crossed. I will keep you all updated!

Can I please have another glass of merlot?

LL'ers, I sure hope this one reaches you. I will have to check back because I would have been very sad to go to my cancer surgery and find out you never got to read my message.

Basically I wanted to thank my LL buddies and all readers for their good thoughts - I got my surgery date after physically walking into the hospital (I had another appointment there) and asking to speak to the scheduling gal, Betty, for one of the surgeons. Turns out she was gone all week and only there for a few hours. The other surgery scheduler happened to take a vacation that one day which would have left me going the weekend still not knowing when surgery would be. But because I was there, Betty got on the phone and reached the other gal on her cell and found me a date - a few days from now. Even with great doctors you have to be proactive because their staff may not be on top of everything. Am telling you all this so if it happens to you, you will know to
know what you have to do. I did everything the way she wanted it and still she was not coming up with a surgery date or calling to explain why she didn't have one.

I will not know if I will have chemo so I need that special LL PD that only you LL'ers can give me. Think positively that my nodes are clear and fine.

Hoping to see you in the lounge next year.

CDI am here if you need to talk. I have been through the chemo and radiation for my cancer also. My prayers are with you.

steveanddonna I couldn't agree more with your post. The friendships that have formed here are because of a wonderful lady who has helped me in many ways.

then you know how we all feel about what has been happening. I tried to PM you to let you know what I wanted to do, but was not allowed to do so. My goal here was not to take over, but to keep a wonderful place and wonderful group that is the direct result of your spirit and creativity from disappearing.

Thanks to Steveanddonna for going ahead and trying to get us back on track...and to storybookmum and vagal for sprinkling the breadcrumbs that led me to our new "home"

I am really sick about all of the ugliness that has transpired over the past 48 hours...very surprised and somewhat disenchanted. I hate to think that things will never be the same I would've never guessed

Oh, yes, I'm here! I made it a point to get my self out of the bed to do a head count. I didn't do a bed check last night before hitting the hay...I couldn't keep my eyes open long enough.
