Reminds me of something in "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime".

This week for PSYC we had to read chapter 9 on cognition, language, intelligence etc.

It made me giggle because the teacher told us a story where a boy had troubles sleeping at night and so he went to the doctors and the doctor diagnosed him with insomnia, well the definition of insomnia is the inability to sleep. The diagnosis doesn't actually explain why the boy as insomnia, the doctor just told him a word that means the same thing but is fancier XD

Whilst reading that book I kept giggling to myself every time he said A levels math. I think I found it so funny because of the "levels".
