The Name Game

I'm just curious, looking at so many posts on here, seeing people's names, what they all mean? Yes, there are several Disney related, but others, at times, are like trying to decipher a cryptic licensce plate! Let's post what our DIS names mean. I'll start:

daninalismama = Mother to Danielle (Dani) and Alanna (Ali).

Easy enough... who's next?

well mine is pretty self explanatory, proud mom to 3 boys.

 

[DisneyAddict_M]

DisneyAddict was taken so I added the M for my first initial. Kind of obvious.

 

[Mean Queen]

Mean Queen is what my DD always called the Disney villains, like the Queen of Hearts and the Wicked Stepmothers. One time at Disney, we pointed to the Queen of Hearts and said to DD, "Look, there's the mean queen!" And the Queen of Hearts turned around and gave us the off with your heads sign. DH and I laughed, DD cried she was so scared. So, I made my name because of that funny moment of my terrified DD.

[Tazicket]

Mine is a combination of my cat's name and my mom's cat's name. Taz + Cricket = Tazicket. I came up with it in high school b/c I was tired of having to add numbers after my screen names.

My DH posts - mostly on trip/cruise boards - as RealMickey so I became RealMickeysGirl.

 

[SleepyMom]

The one I wanted was already in use, so I decided to use DD's favorite character at the time and add Mom. The only problem was she liked Grumpy and I didn't want to be GrumpyMom, so I switched dwarves and became SleepyMom. It kind of fits

My name is Carissa and I have 3 boys = carissanboys

 

[Rafiki Rafiki Rafiki]

I was watching Timon and Pumba on TV with my dd when I registered at the DIS.

Pumba meets Rafiki for the first time and said "Rafiki Rafiki Rafiki...I like that name!" So...when you see me, don't think "Rafiki" per se...think of Pumba saying it.

Oh, yeah. I also answer to Raf, R-cubed and RRR.

I live at the beach and like flip flops a lot - by far my favorite footwear.

It is not an idication that I flip flop back and forth on my opinions/decisions

which I do sometimes, or is that always, not sure....

When I was young my dad raced sailboats. I used to love the names of all the boats, and so whenever I need a screen name I pick the name of a boat I used to admire. Zephyr Hawk is one of the prettiest names. It implies power, speed, grace, and a little mystique...everything you need in a good racing sailboat.

My name is a take on Jumba in Lilo and Stitch. He often calls himself an Evil Genius.

Mine is a take on my first name. When both of my nephews were younger, neither could pronounce, Kelly, correctly. So, I became Aunt Keggy.
