The most important issue

Well, My family and I have had almost a week to get over the shock. We've all written letters and expressed our concerns. I've come to realize that the most important issue is that :VMK IS A GAME FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY.

At first I was upset over all the virtual items we would be losing. Hey, I spent my hard earned cash on DVDs for home theatres and infernos for the entire family. I spent money going to the themeparks BECAUSE of VMK.

Then, I realized how my sons were upset over the friendships they are losing. They respect the VMk values. They never attempted to make contact with their freinds of almost 3 years. How will they keep in touch? Seems hopeless.

Finally, the true meaning of VMK hit me. My brother and his family play. My parents play. My old friend from college and his daughter plays. What other game offers this kind of experience? We are all scattered across this country, yet we can all come together each night and dance. None of these alternative choices that Disney is offering can offer the magic of family and friends coming together. Each of the new games is marketed to a specific type of player. VMK, like Disneyland, appeals to us all. Why end something that is so special?

I will miss using VMK to interact with my family spread out across the country as well, and I agree that it is a shame to lose such a great family-bonding game.

Yes you have said it so well. I just wish Disney understood this. Maybe they do? How do we know? I honestly do not think they really did. I for one have learned so much about the players on VMK. I was never really aware of entire family playing together. I really hope that Disney knows this and for some reason has to close VMK to get the next bigger and better one going. I just wish it would be on May 22,2008 or kept VMK running until then.

Ok how many family groups can graduate all at once.
