The Most Depressing Ride at WDW.

I would have to disagree. For me, it is when we drive! When we fly, we know we will be home in a couple hours. When we drive, we drive through the gates and realize it's a 20 hour or so drive to get home! And it feels like forever!

I was personally gonna say the Hall of Presidents attraction. :thumbsup2

I didn't realize this was a joke.

Ugh, I hate this! I'm always so jealous, seeing all of the people just arriving at MCO, all giddy and happy and excited. It seems to make it that much worse.

I've never been on that ride, but I've been on the similar 15 hour long ride. Not fun. :guilty:

YES! :sad1::sad1::sad1:

They really should have separate entrances and exits, shouldn't they? That way we wouldn't have to see all those smiling faces. And they could put some tissues stops periodically through the airport for that sad part of the trip. ;)

We call that all the SAD people when we are arriving and we are the HAPPY people...

Going in it is actually my favorite ride as you are so filled with excitement and you know that anything can happen during your up-coming vacation..

I love it...we drove this year. My mom actually got all teary-eyed (I've seen her cry maybe three or four times) when my DH and I loaded the kids in a seperate car and started pulling out of of the condo on the last morning. She said it just seemed so sad. Funny...I was having the same feeling:) I love a big family vacation. I can't wait until next summer!!!

To me that is the most depressing for sure.

The tram at the airport isn't in WDW. :confused3

While that is true, it is part of the over all experience for many of us.

Oh I know. LOL! I always feel they are so lucky.

And when we arrive I always feel bad for those leaving.

There’s a trick to the “graceful exit.” It begins with the vision to recognize when a job, a life stage, or a relationship is over — and let it go. It means leaving what’s over without denying its validity or its past importance to our lives. It involves a sense of future, a belief that every exit line is an entry, that we are moving up, rather than out.

Does that graceful exit involve thinking of the long 12 months of waiting ahead? That those long 12 months include about 6 months of cold, dark winter? That you haven't a clue how you are going to pay for the next trip when the 12 months finally pass?:sad1:

I just made myself cry!
