His name is Roland. I will try to post a pic as soon as I find one. He is the greatest. He picked Pete each time we were at WDW!

So who is the balloon guy at france? I can't find info about him anywhere.....

this isn't him, is it? The one I'm thinking of doesn't wear the whiteface.

The balloon guy makes little kids a part of his act too, and it's hysterical! He has such a wonderful way with them and his own expressions are a riot, as he tries to pose their little bodies to do his bidding!

I have never been able to find anything on the Net about the 'balloon guy', HMG. I too think he is a great laugh, as you said, with the kids and expressions. Who is he??

I've tried a couple of searches today and while I pulled up a LOT of weird things, I didn't get him!
